SHIPPING METHODS

Deliveries are made during office hours from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. The courier will make a delivery attempt to the address indicated at the time of the order and in case of non-receipt will deliver the package to the nearest Logistic Courier Access Point, in partnership with Wonder Stories. All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to change shipping and delivery times.

 

 


RETURNS

Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, called the Consumer Code, the consumer customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, except as indicated in the following points. To exercise this right, the customer must send WS BEAUTY LIGHT LUXURY COSMETICS notice of withdrawal within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.

This communication must be sent by e-mail to the address customercare@wonder-stories.com and confirmed within 48 hours by registered letter with return receipt from the receipt of the e-mail communication containing the return address of the nearest Logistic Courier AP Wonder Stories touchpoint.

The communication must include the following information:

- Name and Surname of the customer;
- Customer address;
- Order number and date of purchase;
- Item description, quantity, reason for the return and relative amount paid.

    Once the communication has been received, WS BEAUTY LIGHT LUXURY COSMETICS CF E PI 10078901211 - ITALY will communicate via email to the customer how to ship the products. Please note that the shipping costs relating to the return of the goods are charged to the customer as required by Article 57, paragraph 1, of the Consumer Code. Once the withdrawal request has been accepted and the goods received, WS BEAUTY LIGHT LUXURY COSMETICS CF E PI 10078901211 - ITALY will refund the entire amount paid by the customer, net of shipping costs, within 14 days from the date on which the customer has exercised the right of withdrawal.

    Finally, please consider that the customer is a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Code ca n't exercise the right of withdrawal if it is found:

    - The opening of the product, which has therefore compromised its integrity;
    - The absence of elements that are part of the product (e.g. packaging, cap, dispenser, etc.);
    - Damage to the product;
    - Goods returned after 14 days which represent the maximum return deadline.

    The consumer customer will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal even in the case of the purchase of Wonder Stories Digital Gift Cards (or Wonder Stories Gift Vouchers), consequently the amount spent for the purchase of this type of product will not be refunded.
