Where is my order?

How can I change or cancel my order?

Once your order has been processed by our digitized system, it can no longer be changed or canceled.

Can I return an item?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the purchase on www.wonder-stories.com, simply return the unused product, totally intact in its packaging, and we will be happy to refund you the corresponding amount.

Where can I find the ingredients list of a product?

For the most up-to-date list of product ingredients, you can always refer to the INCI shown on the packaging and to our package leaflet where present. Alternatively, please contact our customer service and visit the appropriate Customer Care section on the site.

How do you conduct product safety tests?

We are fun on the use of the beauty routine, but very careful and strict on the tests of our products, for us at Wonder Stories the safety of our consumers is our top priority. We use the latest non-animal and human test tools on a voluntary basis, to offer our customers products of the highest quality, we are in partnership with the most prestigious Italian universities and institutes in the national territory. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals, except where required by law.

What is the expiry date of a Wonder Stories product once opened?

The expiry date (PaO) is indicated both on the label and on the cosmetic packaging. It is expressed with a pictogram in the shape of an open jar completed by a number and the letter M = months. The PaO indicates the time interval in which a cosmetic can be used, after the first opening, without generating unwanted effects.

Are Wonder Stories products nickel tested?

Yes, all Wonder Stories products are Nickel Tested.

Are the Wonder Stories hypoallergenic?

Yes, all Wonder Stories products have been formulated with the intention of minimizing the risk of allergy and with rigorous laboratory controls .

I have sensitive skin, can i use Wonder Stories products?

Yes, all Wonder Stories products are dermatologically tested on pre-selected volunteers with sensitive skin by the National Research Institutes and the most prestigious Italian Universities working in partnership with Wonder Stories.

Can I use the products during pregnancy and / or breastfeeding?

Wonder Stories products can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding. For more information, ask your referral gynecologist for advice.

Are Wonder Stories products tested on animals?

No, all Wonder Stories products are not tested on animals, in accordance with the European Cosmetic Regulation 1223/2009 which prohibits the placing on the market of products tested on animals.

Deletion of User Data

If you wish to delete your user content, such as your ratings and reviews on our website, please always contact us at the email address of our Customer Care and include the following information in your cancellation request: name, surname, address and -mail associated with our site, reason for cancellation and date (s) of the post (s) you want to be deleted (if available). We may not be able to process your cancellation request if you are unable to provide such information. This request may take up to 10 business days to be processed.

What are the shipping and delivery times?

All orders placed before 14:00 are prepared and depart the same day. All those made after 14:00 are set up and depart the next working day (therefore Saturday and Sunday are excluded).

Delivery times are 24 / 48h, except for special or unforeseen situations. All shipments are made by express courier according to our logistics dealers.

For purchases made in specific periods characterized by promotions and in holiday periods (eg Christmas) delivery in 24 / 48h may not be guaranteed. Wonder Stories and its partners will however strive to ensure that orders are shipped as soon as possible to best meet all the needs of our #unitedbeautyteam.
